Have any ISPs (which really means vendors) looked at integrating IGMP support in edge switches with RADIUS? I'm aware of IGAP, but that involves changing the packets and identifying individual users. I was wondering about using IGMP snooping to trigger RADIUS accounting events, e.g. join, leave.
