SLA Tool

JFFNMS (http://www.jffnms.org) seems to have a decent SLA configuration.
Been working for us in a limited testing capacity.

Is there any decent opensource tools that can be used to monitor SLA's?
We have several customers requesting SLA's but not enough to warrant a
flown blown Concord type solution.
