OK...between 12:00 and 12:10 who

We lost a couple DS3's in the DFW area, nothing more than that.  Looks 
like AT&T.

Which one of you guys took down the world?  We have separate carriers for
internet, ATM, and Phone and between this time everything blipped at the
same time.  Anyone else have this type of issue?
