based on Cogent's apparent unwillingness to terminate their spamming
customers (AS7869 - RelayPoint; but see also
http://spamhaus.org/sbl/listings.lasso?isp=cogentco.com&-nothing=Search),
this comes as not much of a surprise to me, at least.
