www.traceroute.org should have some but that site hasn't been updated in
ages..

These are *some* that I know including oregon:

route-views.oregon-ix.net
route-views2.oregon-ix.net
route-server.gt.ca
route-server.ip.att.net
route-server.cw.net
route-server.bbnplanet.net
