btw, for every answer from someone with clue also trying to debug united's little mess, i get six emails from idiots, a lawyer, wannabes, and other clue-free lurkers, whose inability to diagnose dns is amusing at best, telling me how it works for them. if you don't actually know the dns seriously, please get your finger away from the reply key. randy
