MeeToo. 

My initial comment is that these systems require a firm commitment
from the organisation to be using them, being as they are all-or-nothing
systems. Once that is sorted out, and required competence found,
(contrary to popular salesperson talk, these systems do not run by
themselves) most systems will work well.
