Can you please post the URL for that address?  I've yet to find anyone
responsive at Comcast for peering issues, and I looked *ALL* over the
PAIX site for the contact you mentioned.

There is a contact on the Paix site who is very responsive and
knowledgable I think.

He's more peering but could perhaps be a pointer.
