OT: Ameritech/SBC DSL?

I was wondering, does anyone have a good contact at Ameritech/SBC on the 
DSL side of the house????  We lost quite a few of our DSL VPN sites 
earlier this week, and it appears that Ameritech changed there PPPoE 
authentication method???
