Root DNS Server Issues?

http://f.root-servers.org/

The web status pages for the F root server shows traffic dropping to zero
about an hour ago.  I don't know if this is an artifact of the measurement
system, or something happened.

I don't know if the other root server operators have any publically
available status pages.
