Opentransit AS5511 route-server

route-server for AS5511 is now up, running and open for the Internet
commmunity.  It is reachable by simple telnet.

telnet route-server.opentransit.net

This route-server provides a global view of Opentransit AS5511
(unicast+multicast).
Thanks a lot to David Meyer how provide us with some hints from his route-server in oregon.
