The combination of not having a globaly routable ixp-block and using
(perhaps the non-cisco equivalent of) ip verify unicast reverse-path can
brake pmtu discovery. Imagine a router sending a fragment-needed from its
ixp-address to a client and a router inbetween discarding the packet
because it doesn't have a route for it.
