ARIN Outage...

Does anyone have any information the current issues with the arin
ns's ?  scheduled maint perhaps?  Whois/website are up and
functioning via the IP addys fine.  Additionally, they are serving
responses for MX queries, it seems only the A records are not being
returned.  Details below.
