Its definitely from National ISP. The header info bears this out.
Furthermore, their website is definitely within Qwests net block.
I think its pretty safe to say that they have pretty much poisoned
themselves with the vast majority of US ISPs. (Okay might be wishful
thinking
)

set QWest/National up by sending this email out, that
is, someone simply spammed it in hopes National-isp got
the boot/warning from their peer for violating TOS.
Do the headers indicate its origin?
