If anyone needs and kind of connectivity between the following buildings:

	Above.net, 8100 Boone Blvd., Vienna, VA
	Telehouse, North Docklands, London, UK

We can provide. either l3 tunnels, or l2 atm. We'll pretty much give away
the ATM as UBR until things are 'normal'.
