Military asking to ISPs to shut down equipment?

Lets hope that the message is not correct as it would
not be in the spirit of why the network was designed.

BTW Over here in Ireland Friday will be a national day
of morning I have never seen so many people touched
by any event. My heart goes out to all those affected.
