| Bullet proof bulkhead separating the pilot's compartment from the cabin
| that is locked/unlocked externally by the ground crew.  Everyone knows
| the pilot *can't* open the door even if he wanted to...

That will require some additional emergency exit for the pilots directly
from the cockpit, which I believe not many planes have these days...
Also restroom facilities, food-storage etc for them in the secure area..
