Analysts?  To your Engineers?  To your Customers?

Do you want them to see outage reports on the MAEs?
Fiber cut reports from certain telcos/fiber providers?

Maintenance reports on NAPs?
Maintenance plans from peers?
Ticket-based updates from your upstreams/transit providers/peers
  regarding outages?
