netsol: not processing requests?

I've been happy with OpenSRS.  Netsol made the migration tedious,
though.

It was sad to see Netsol's toolset devolve from quick, fast,
email and ftp based forms, to a mandatory click, point, fail,
dial the phone, fax the copy process.
