PacBell Frame Relay Outage?

The last of our downed PVCs came back up at 14:55.  We received subsequent
notification from Pac Bell/ASI/NDPSC that they would have an extended
maintenance window starting at midnight tonight, lasting between 30
minutes and six hours, to do the necessary clean-up.
