Massive Cluster Failure, with caps, is how the technician described it to
me. Their explanation on the web site seemed a little fishy. All the bugs
haven't been ironed out yet.

I'm a customer of Austin Roadrunner, and they've been having some major
problems with their mail services for about the last week or so. It's
entirely possible this is the result of that. The host IP you mention is in
the same address space as their SMTP server, smtp-server.austin.rr.com.
