ibm.net mailservers gone

Nope.  ibm.net was always very good about dealing with spam complaints
sent to postmaster, I don't see it any worse under the new management.

It's true postmaster at attglobal.net was broken for a while, but they
fixed it.  They're also prserv.net, all the equivalent addresses there
work as well.
