East Coast Outages?

Thanks for all the responses.  I should have first prefaced my original
post with: "I cannot verify that anythting is actually down because I can
get to everything I mentioned."  I thought it weird getting a call from a
reporter in Maryland stating that he and several ISPs are seeing a "major"
outage that I nor my engineers can verify.
