Traceloop between PSI and C&W

Here's a quick link so that anyone can check to see actual traces between
C&W and PSI.  When (if?) they find each other again, you'll be able to see
the actual routes (in both directions):

This is a special link -- you'll have to log out and log in if you want to

Every Traceloop is being done by the same two test points, so there could
be some blocking when this post first hits...
