Solarmax effects

The primary expected effect of "solarmax" flare activity is that Sean
Donelan will have to buy a new keyboard, because he'll wear out his
old one.

If you have any spares you'd like to contribute, send them to me and
I'll make sure Sean (or someone who's name sounds the same) gets them.
