How does one make not playing nice with each other scale? (Was: net.terrorism)

Ah... In that case they could ask abovenet to leak any nullrouted blocks
that are local to abovenet with a community set so they can find another
path to dump that traffic.

My appologies for assuming that this was was in AS777.
