| Today around 5pm Central Time, everything from *.tw stopped
| responding. And hinet.net, (something like Asia's Abovenet),
| stopped responding. Does anybody know anything about this outage?
So I got more information now. There was a cable cut off the shores
of Shanghai. This cable goes to Japan/China/Taiwan/Hong Kong. Guess
we won't have good cable connectivity for a few weeks....until
they pull the cables off the sea floor and fix it.
| P.S. I want to say that Hinet.net is extremely clueless. We've
| been crying for their routers to resolve for years, and they refuse
| to do it. In addition, the email/usenet spams, open relays, etc.
P.S. #2: I still want to say that I hate Hinet.
