Strange trace to netsol...

Just in case anyone felt like telling me to contact Winstar directly, they
don't have an entry at puck.nether.net and email addresses to
noc at winstar.net bounces.  (Was the NOC the first thing to get the AXE as
part of the Ch 11 restructure?)
