TCG Fiber Cut: San Diego <-> Orange & Anaheim

There is currently a TCG fiber cut affecting at least 45 DS3's between San
Diego <-> Orange & Anaheim.  We lost circuits at 9:30AM PDT. Anyone have
any details?
