Is Internic Hosed?

No, I did not mistake this list for the Internic NOC.  I would have to be mental (or masochistic) to think of wasting my time attempting to do something as crude as using the telephone to contact the Internic.  :-)

I got the attached error message when attempting to register a domain.  I've also noticed responses to e-mail registration requests taking *MUCH* longer over the last couple of weeks.  Has anyone else noticed problems?  Is Internic hosed?
