Fiber Outage

Can you shed any light as to which of the half-dozen or so carriers
your statement applies? Some fiber terminals in the city of Palo Alto but
not in PAIX were affected by the power outage; the cases of which I am
aware seem to have come back on-line around 9:30am PST.
