OUTAGE: MCI/Worldcom frame-relay network

MCI/Worldcom reports it is working on switch 15 of 16.  We've got
one last PVC still down.  Supposedly it has been escalated as far
as it can go within MCI/Worldcom.  I haven't heard from Bernie yet :-)
