  CHI contacted me immediately, (I love the nanog list as a back up
contact :). 

According to on-site technicals there is a fiber cut at "Midwest Relay",
I am not sure how many yet. DS3's... But, emergency circuits
are getting priority at 1 hour 30 minutes est.
