1.  Uyless Black, "ATM Volumes I, II, and III" - thorough and up to date -
Prentice Hall - bring money - Border clerk congratulated me on my high
ticket total!

2.  Broader interest and putting ATM in context, Walter Goralsky,
"High-speed Networking and Communications Technologies for the Internet and
Intranets" - Computer Technology Research Corp." - brand new release - also
on the pricey side, Amazon asked me if I was sure when I ordered it!
