Dan Minoli has published a couple of good books on ATM this year.
Also, Darren Spohn and Dave McDysan have a new one coming out in a few
weeks that is supposed to be very comprehensive.

Honestly, it's a really good book.
Bought it a year or so? ago. It's pretty thorough in explaining
concepts.
Don't see it on my bookshelf here, so I don't have an ISBN for ya. :(
