Inter-CO signaling?

I you are a customer of theirs it can be hard to get them to make
changes. In my past life as a CLEC employee we even had some trouble
getting them to correct things that we thought were problems on
inter-office trunks.
You may be able to escalate your troubles up to a tech that understands
and cares. If you still don't get any response I'd talk to Roger at the
WUTC.
