This is in response to a posting on Merit.  My name was added to the
mailing list as a contact for Pacific Bell in California.  I want to
make clear what my role is @ Pacific bell.  I am a technical Engineer
and design and develop large Internet (DS3) connections, Frame Relay,
Sonet and SMDS connectivity for private and public WANS/VPN.
