Has anyone had experience using the Cisco POET cards in the following
scenerio:

Site A             ||           -------------- Site B ---------------

cisco 7206			Kentrox			Some Cisco
w/POET    --------DS3---------- DS-3 IDSU ---- HSSI ---	w/HSSI

Or, do I need a POET on both sides?
