OPERATIONAL : MCI - Kansas City hosed?

I've noticed some major problems at MCI's core in Kansas City as well.
I've called MCI and they say there is no problems.  I emailel
trouble at mci.net and here is thier response.  I've have seen almost no
improvement since I have recieved this email.

Tim,

We currently have a core router shut down in willowsprings due
to an interface problem. The new card is due on site at 7pm EDT and will be
replaced at that time. Once the router is restarted your routes should return
to normal.
