Who cares?

Or, perhaps more precisely, whose business is it anyway?

These mail lists are hardly the appropriate place to discuss the
personnel matters of any organization.

Likewise, it is rarely appropriate for an organization to talk about
personnel matters involving current or past employees in a public forum.
