Information/Help requested in locating quality Japanese ISP

If there is someone out there who has a good insight of the Japanese
Internet market or has done Internet business in Japan could you please
drop me an e-mail.  Our company is looking to co-locate some high
bandwidth server equipment and we need to find the ISP/partner in Japan
that has the best Japanese/PAC Rim connectivity.
