[off-topic] old NSFNET regionals?

The original NSF network in Texas was SESQUINET, operated by Rice U.
THEnet was recognized as a regional a little later and SESQUINET and
THEnet operated their infrastructure together for many years.

SESQUINET is still operated by Rice.
