Warning, CDP interaction at Mae-EAST

It seems to be on at Mae West in a lot of routers too.. Seems that there
are about 25 cdp running routers out there.  

UUNet, BBN, Netcom, PSI, Sprint, and Nasa are just a few that have it
running. :)
