I asume you mean oc12c, not STM-4. (or your carrier will be unhappy,
and if their Sonet vendor does the right thing, you will receive 
nothing from the net..) Or you are in Europe, Mexico or Australia
(that uses SDH...) (yes, some ADM's does not care...)
