What? You mean that you _don't_ have a private address to send problem
reports to as a TLD manager?

According to Mark Kosters, action at internic.net is the proper place to
go... maybe they can't reply to you because their outbound mail system
is trying to resolve your address by pointing at the bad nameserver.
