Maybe a page with "We noticed a problem with xxxxx and we're working on it!"
http://www.internic.net/current-issues.html as a suggestion.
On second thought, maybe a well known page at each provider wouldn't be bad...
Would certainly cut down my rants on the lists, and probably everyone elses.
