   And the trend continues...  We had 2 major fiber cuts here @ 1:00 P.M.
   thanks to 
   Joy Construction who was digging for MCI Metro.

This could be a valuable new technology - notice the date on this
message; we have almost a month to prepare for and try to avert this
upcoming fiber cut!
