Whoa; the 3 network?

If you're in the process of renumbering, why not renumber into 10/8?  Does
Jane Pauley need her own gloabally routable IP address?  Number of
employees <> number of addresses.  

I suppose if you think about it, ping flooding Tom Brokaw's teleprompter
during the Nightly News would be kind of cool.  Of course, this could be
the spiked eggnog talking too....
