Broadcast ICMP's at Mae East

There are still a lot of broadcast ICMP's at Mae East and they are coming
from Nacamar's Interface.  I have tried to contact them, but they are not
cooperative.  Anyone have a good POC for them that speaks English and
might be willing to help?
