MCI outage

you know,

we all have our outages and i'm not all that embarrased of mine
but it would be nice if such messages came from MCI if and when
they are necessary. i probably wouldn't complain at all had this
message come from a one of my customers (an isp) or one of your
customers but it's really a shame to see this kind of message come
from a peer (nsp).

i would expect the same from other large, and not so large providers
and i would expect the same from our noc.
